Customers who want to sign up for internet service can now choose the “installation by a technician” option from Freedom Internet. For this technician service, Freedom is partnering with BNS Cosmos and Roamler Tech. With this service, Freedom can now also connect customers who have little to no technical knowledge or who prefer to have everything taken care of for them. They can choose the time they want the technician to visit. For now, only Freedom’s Founding Members can place orders via www.freedom.nl.
BNS Cosmos and Roamler Tech are both expert players with years of experience in the Dutch internet market. On Freedom’s behalf, BNS Cosmos ships the ordered modems and/or TV receivers. Roamler Tech’s technicians install the hardware. The one-time fee the customer pays for installation by a technician is €25. This fee is charged when the order is placed on Freedom’s website. If desired, customers can purchase additional cables or Wi-Fi extenders from the technician.
Freedom Internet now offers internet connections via DSL and fiber optics throughout the Netherlands. Customers can choose internet with or without TV. Installation can be done using a do-it-yourself kit or by an experienced technician. The VoIP calling service will be available very soon. Freedom advises customers who also wish to order VoIP calling to wait a little longer before placing their order.
Freedom Internet is the newest internet provider in the Netherlands. Since its founding in November 2019, thousands of interested individuals have signed up as Founding Members. They are the first to have the opportunity to order their internet connection via www.freedom.nl. The switch to Freedom Internet goes smoothly; of the first 1,000 customers connected by Freedom, 95% were offline for less than 1 hour during the switch.
