Business Operations Manager

You see opportunities where others see bottlenecks. You bring structure, create clarity and ensure that improvements do not remain on paper, but are actually implemented.

What will you be doing?

As Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Back Office and Product Management (Fulfilment & Distribution) departments. You will combine hands-on operational work with leadership and process improvement.

Your responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of the Back Office and Product Management teams.
Monitoring KPIs, quality, lead times and customer commitments.
Identifying bottlenecks within and between departments.
Setting up and implementing improvement programmes.
Ensuring efficient collaboration between teams.
Supervising new client implementations.
Chairing operational client meetings.
Ensuring accurate data and processes within Exact Online and Cosmos.
Participating in the management team and reporting directly to senior management.

You ensure that operations run smoothly today and function even better tomorrow.

Who are we looking for?

You are a hands-on leader who enjoys being at the heart of the organisation. You combine analytical skills with a hands-on approach and know how to get people on board with change.

You have:

HBO level of working and thinking.
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar operational management role.
Experience of managing teams.
Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented approach.
Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
Experience with Exact Online is an advantage.
A proactive and enterprising attitude.

What do we offer?

Salary between €3,500 and €4,500 gross per month (based on full-time).
25 days’ annual leave.
Option to purchase 10 additional days’ annual leave each year.
Travel allowance.
