Assistant Foreman, Dispatch

Assistant Foreman, Dispatch
(Vianen, 32–40 hours)

A role for those who thrive on variety: coordinating, getting stuck in and ensuring everything leaves the premises on time and correctly. As a hands-on dispatch foreman, you’ll coordinate the work and roll up your sleeves to help out yourself. You’ll ensure a smooth process from checking to transport, keep track of everything, help colleagues where necessary and monitor quality and scheduling. You’ll be the role model for your colleagues!

What will you be doing?

  • Ensuring goods are dispatched correctly
  • Order picking and order processing
  • Assembling parcels independently
  • Effectively managing stock to ensure it is up to date
  • Working with the Warehouse Management System
  • Coordinating day-to-day operations in the dispatch department
  • Checking incoming and outgoing products and assembled parcels
  • Identifying and reporting any anomalies and potential issues
  • Carrying out light administrative tasks

Who are you?

  • Several years’ experience in logistics
  • Good command of Dutch and English
  • Knowledge of the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • You are a team player, results-oriented, meticulous, quality-conscious and flexible

  • Salary between €2,650 and €3,200
